This product is aimed at establishing a uniform, centralized and streamlined system to obtain legal reports (acknowledgement) on the capacity of the clients of financial institutions for banking activities by collating the necessary documentation system.

We distinguish the following types of power acknowledgement:

• Reporting for legal entities and other entities (without independent legal status but of its members) on banking operations performed by their boards of directors and managers
• Reports for individuals on banking operations to be performed by co-owners and legal representatives
